The participants to the Chunin Exam waiting in a classroom.
When a ninja student has accomplished sucessfuly 8 missions, his sensei (instructor) can apply for his ninja to the Chûnin exams which take place twice a year. The sucessful ninjas can increase their rank to become Middle Ninja.
Kakashi sensei
decided that it was time for the Team 7 members to participate to the test.
The senseis submitting to the Hokage the names of the selected ninjas for the exam.
The day of the exam has arrived. Just before the first test, in the waiting room, a new comer in the story appears, his name is Rock Lee and the first time he sees Sasuke he challenged him in a fight. As the battle was close to be succesful for Lee, his sensei Might Guy stopped Lee by reminding him that he used a "forbidden technic".
